“Alphonse” gets rave review

Alphonse, a play put on by Shakespeare in Action in the Little Avenue Park, got a rave review from NOW. They called it “a life-affirming” work and “thrilling”. It is “theatre making a gradual, but triumphant, return.”

Tickets are sold out for Saturday’s show, but are available for Sunday. Seating is in circled-off areas on the lawn, and it’s a bring-your-own-blanket affair. Masks are required. Tickets ($0–$50) are available online.
