Construction on the Artscape Weston Hub began yesterday. Mayor Tory and various dignitaries dug their ceremonial shovels in to kick off the building process.

It looks terrible, even in the artist’s drawings, several of which cut of the top third or more of the gigantic tower. But we’ll have storage units, so how could we not be pleased?
