Happily, Carol Dewar, who went missing late last week, has been found.
12 Division police are asking for the public’s help finding Carol Dewar, 61, who was last seen today at 5:30 p.m. in the Rosemount & King area. She is 5’6”, with a heavy build, and her hair in a bun.
“She was last seen wearing a leopard print shirt, blue jeans [and] white running shoes, carrying several gift bags.”
The police are looking for a woman last seen yesterday, March 19, at about 1:30 in the Weston and Eglinton area.
Lucia DaCosta Fanfar, 33, is “5’10”, 115 lbs., long black hair typically worn in a bun. She was last seen wearing a black jacket with fur on the collar, black Under Armour hooded sweater, black pants, red-and-black plaid shoes, carrying a black backpack, and a black-and-blue purse.”
The police are concerned for her safety.

Domingos Martins, missing for five days, has been found alive. His family had been heartbroken and searching consistently for the 83-year-old man who suffers from Alzheimer’s.
According to CP24, Martins was found near the Kitchen Stuff Plus on Wendell.
He was in serious condition and rushed to a hospital for treatment. He was conscious and breathing when he was found.
Police say video evidence helped officers track down the missing elderly man and Supt. Ron Taverner noted that hundreds of volunteers assisted investigators in the search as well as Martins’ family.
“We are very, very happy about what has transpired here,” Taverner told CP24 Wednesday.
