Nunziata spends almost nothing. Sullivan, rather more.

The interim 2013 city councillor expenditures report has been released. As usual, Frances Nunziata spends almost nothing. Her total office expenses for the first half of the year were $1013, a figure that does not include salaries. That’s down from last year, when she spent $6040 for the entire 12 months. The median for all councillors was about $23,000.

It’s not possible to make a direct comparison, but MP Mike Sullivan’s expenses are also online. In 2012, he spent $353,000 on office expenditures, a figure that does include salaries. The mean for all MPs is $394,000.

Shockingly, Queen’s Park does not seem to release individual budgets. I can’t find Laura Albanese’s office budget anywhere.

  1. Ms Nunziata spends nothing, does nothing except spout about how much she does — and then get protection at public meetings in her own constituency.

  2. Hello Adam,

Not including support staff salaries, my office expenses for 2012/13 were $94,410.
For any MPP expenses, the figures are available, but have to be requested directly from the Legislature at the provincial level.
