Studies available for John Street apartments, storage, hub

The wind, transportation, and shadow studies are available for the proposed John Street development. There is a lot to go through—hundreds of pages—but two things I had been interested in are easy to immediately find.

The wind study says that wind will not be worsened, except in a few isolated spots. Wind

The area under the bridge to 33 King (the left arrow above), and the corner of John and Pantelis Kalamaris will be very windy and “uncomfortable” in the winter. In the summer, however, the wind looks to be generally calmed.

The building will add to the long shadow cast by 33 King down South Station Street, but it will generally fall on parking lot, railway track, and the other building.

Your correspondent has not had time to go through the longest and most detailed report on transportation.
