Wanted man: Dwayne Banfield

Toronto Police are asking for the public’s help in apprehending Dwayne Banfield, 31.

The police say that Banfield assaulted a police officer. He had been pulled over at Weston and Lawrence on Saturday for not having a valid plate sticker. He “exited the vehicle, approached the female officer and assaulted her by punching her several times about the head”.

The officer received “serious but non-life-threatening” injuries. Banfield was last seen running south on Weston Road. The police officer was treated in hospital.

  1. Funny my neighbor said he lives in my building and they were towing his car out of the underground cops all over the place he was nowhere to be found.

    1. Yes, that’s what I was thinking, there were about 7 police cars towing away an Altima within an hour of this crime.

  2. Thanks Adam.

(For taking out the vile garbage posted the other night, hot on the heals of the NZ tragedy.
Glad you spotted it. And, not a moment to soon.)
