Weston restaurants blitzed: few spared

Weston restaurants took a withering set of inspections from Toronto Public Health last month, and many came out of them with green cards but bruised. In order of decreasing general yuckiness:

China China Express, 2145 Weston China China needs to slow down and

  • Clean the toilets
  • Store food on pallets
  • Maintain rooms
  • Provide equipment
  • Wash up

Cho Ming Restaurant, 1511 Jane, needs to

  • Clean up
  • Store food on shelves

Subway (at the Crossroads) needs to wash equipment

Jolly II, at the Crossroads, needs to protect food from being contaminated

Kitchen King Jerk, 2079 Lawrence, needs to maintain and sanitize, and wash up.

King’s Delight, 1658 Jane, isn’t maintaining and sanitizing well enough.

Ritz Caribbean Foods, 1542 Jane need to do the same.
